When can I access my unit?
You can access your unit from 6am-10pm, 7 days a week.
Do you provide locks or can I bring my own?
We do not provide the tenant with a lock. The tenant can bring their own lock if they have one, or there are locks available for purchase at the main office.
What is climate control? Do I need it for storage?
Climate control is controlling the temperature of the facility. We make sure that the building is heated or air-conditioned, based on the time of year, and make sure that your goods are stored in a safe environment.
Are there any contracts that I need to sign?
No. The tenant does not sign any long term contract. We rent units on a month to month basis. The tenant is free to move out whenever they please.
Can I access my locker outside of office hours?
Yes, you can access your unit until anytime between 6am-10pm.
What is the billing cycle?
When can I move my stuff in?
Are there loading bays that I can use to move my stuff?
