Facility Rules
- Facility Access hours: 6AM to 10PM
- Payment methods: Online, Phone in, In person, autopay (pre-authorized automatic monthly credit/debit card deductions)
- Payment types: Visa and Mastercard Preferred, Amex and Cash Accepted
- Payment cycle: units are rented on the day of sign up and billed subsequently every month on that given anniversary date
- The customer shall make no alterations of improvements to the unit(s)
- The customer is responsible to provide a lock for unit (locks are available for purchase)
- A lock must be kept on unit by the customer at all times
- Prohibited goods: Food products/perishable goods, dangerous goods, animals, gas, oil, propane, toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, guns, firearms Etc.
- Move out policy: 5 days notice is required to facilitate the move out process
- Prorate policy: We do not provide refunds if you move out in the middle of a billing cycle. Let us know prior to your billing date and we will prorate you until your move out date.
- Insurance policy:The customer agrees to store personal property and chattels at his/her/its own risk
- Please sweep out unit and leave it clean when moving out
- Please do not deposit waste, garbage or other disposables in corridors, hallways, loading bays or other areas of the facility
- Please adhere to posted signage in the facility (Entering, Exiting, Loading bay, Health Advisories Etc.)
- Please don’t obstruct entrances/driveways and allow others people reasonable access
- Please do not hold elevator doors open -- doing so will decommission elevator
- Please return carts and dollies to the loading bay
- Please visit the website or ask an associate if you need moving/storage tips and suggestions

Facility Map
The facility features two loading bays—one serving the east building and the other serving the west building. Both are easily accessible through the main gate, and once inside, you’ll find carts and elevator access for your convenience.
